Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the President of Turkey, Hulusi Akar, the Minister of National Defense, and Mustafa Varank, the Minister of Industry and Technology, attended the groundbreaking ceremony of BMC's Sakarya Karasu Factory, one of Turkey's largest commercial and military vehicle manufacturers. During the 'Future 50 Years' meeting held at the ceremony, projects aimed at shaping the future of Turkey were announced. After the groundbreaking ceremony, a live connection was made with the modernized BMC Izmir Pınarbaşı Factory. During the meeting, Turkey's first unmanned military vehicle, Amazon, was introduced, and the high-tech truck series BMC TUĞRA was launched. Additionally, Turkey's first domestic and national engine was started with its design and technology.

In just 7 days, a total of 12,600 m² tents were set up, including 3,200 m² for catering, 4,000 m² for the vehicle exhibition hall, 4,000 m² for the launch stage tent, and intermediate connection tents. In an area where the weather was below freezing, the temperature inside the 140,000 m³ tent was kept at a steady 25°C with industrial heaters. A 50m x 6m screen was set up in the launch hall, with seating for 2,000 people in an amphitheater arrangement, and a VIP seating arrangement for 1,500 people in the catering hall. A 100 m² LED screen was installed, along with 300 m² of 3D mapping and a live performance. A team of 400 people worked on the event, which hosted 10,000 participants. Simultaneously, the groundbreaking ceremony of the Sakarya Technology Center, the BMC Tuğra launch, the opening of the additional building at the BMC Izmir Pınarbaşı Factory, and the event of ITU Otam starting Turkey's first domestic and national engine took place.
