The birthplace of jazz, New Orleans-Louisiana, and the stories of Afro-American cuisine were shared with Hilton Dalaman guests by Executive Chef Tamer Özkan and his team, along with Ahmet Güzelyağdöken, world-renowned Spago-Los Angeles Chef Yiğit Mirzaoğlu, and Gastro chef Hazer Amani in a delightful conversation. One evening, guests discovered these flavors through Mirzaoğlu's touch, and another evening through Amani's, all accompanied by jazz music in a wonderful dinner. Additionally, guests had the opportunity to learn practical tips on Afro-American, Native American, Spanish, and French influenced cuisine through hands-on workshops.
As part of the Gastrojazz Weekend events, jazz masters Ferit Odman, Su İdil, Tolga Bilgin, Serdar Barçın, Eylül Ergül, Serkan Altınok, Turgut Alpbekoğlu, Enver Uraz Kıvaner, and Ozan Musluoğlu treated the guests to a delightful musical feast.
