Hilton Dalaman, which brings different cuisines from around the world and Turkey to its guests with special events, recently focused on Balkan and Thracian Cuisines. In addition to the rich cultural elements and fascinating stories of the Balkans, one of the most important aspects is music. Burhan Öcal, one of the special names who introduced us to Balkan music, along with Trakya All Star and Kolektif İstanbul, brought this unique culture to life for the guests with concerts during the event.
The guests who attended the event included names such as Pınar Tezcan Özçapkın, Ahmet Güzelyağdöken, Memet Özer, Ebru Erberdi, Burhan Öcal, Şule Başaran, Hilal Sarıhan, and Tunç Batum.
Gourmet chefs Ahmet Güzelyağdöken and Tamer Özkan, who explored the exquisite flavors of the Balkans, not only amazed the guests with these delicious dishes but also explained in a hands-on cooking workshop how to prepare them. The talks, where all the fun topics related to Balkan Cuisine were discussed, featured Bosnian-origin Ebru Erberdi and cooking show host Memet Özer. Şule Başaran also introduced Thracian wines, which perfectly complemented these flavors, through a workshop.
